He was predeceased by: his parents, Green Williams Stanley and Lora Laken Stanley; his wife Margie Stanley; and his siblings, Pete Stanley, Lee Stanley, Earl Stanley, Winnie Williams, Gladys Williams and Polly Hicks.
He is survived by: his children, Delores Wilson, Christy Stanley and Carl Jackson "Jack" Stanley; and his grandchildren, Heather Jessee, Melissa Cleary, Jonathan Stanley, Crystal Grubb of Crystal Stanley, C. J and John Bob Stanley. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
