He was predeceased by : his parents, William Fred Fannon and Georgia Johnson Fannon; his sister Freda Seamster; and his brothers-in-law, D. P. Seckman and Bill Dowdy.
He is survived by : his spouse Gayle Reynolds Fannon; his children, Jeffrey Wayne Fannon (Carolyn) of Brookneal, Gregory Shane Fannon (Stephanie) of Nathalie, Christopher Hans Fannon of Gladys, Larry Wayne Fannon (Amanda) and MeChelle M. Pollard (Mike) of Brookneal; his son-in-law Edgar A. Baldwin, III of Spout Spring; his siblings, Larry Fannon (Patty), Pat Foster (Ray) and Janie Seckman; and his close friend Luke. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.
Following CDC guidelines everyone attending the visitation and service will be required to wear a mask and social distance.
