He was predeceased by: his parents, Sanford R. Hardy, Sr. and Dorothy L. Klug Woods; his wife Anita L. Hardy; and his grandsons, Robert and Levi Collins.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Collins, Jennifer Hardy and Rene Pugh; his grandchildren, Timothy Hardy, Katelyn Hardy, Tyler Reese, Brittany Kinzie and Lauren Reese; and his brother Thomas Hardy. He is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
