He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William Martin, Sr. and Emily Broderick Martin; and his sister Barbara Martin Brandenburg. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Cupido Martin; his former wife Lisa Martin Ramus (Ronald); his grandchildren, Joseph Arthur Ramus (Sadie), Katherine Helen Ramus and Gabrielle Elizabeth Ramus; and his sister Sally Martin Sperberg (Sidney).
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Michael's Catholic Church (4491 Springfield Rd, Glen Allen, VA 23060).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church or the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in Charley's memory.
