He is survived by: his wife Fannie Taylor Stout; his sons, Charles P Stout Jr. (Louise) and Gordon F. Stout (Gayla); his grandchildren, Amy Stout, Charles Stout (Laura), Stacy Barnett (Brian), Holly Stout and Chad Hollins (Chelsea); and his great grandchildren, Madison Barnett, Savannah Barnett, Makayla Hollins and Rosalie Hollins.
