She was predeceased by: her parent Franklin Hall; and her siblings, Clyde, Felix, William, Claude Rowe and Alice Hardee.
She is survived by: her parent Goldie Hall; her husband Ralph "R. C." Cook; her children, Beverley Evans, Randy Cook (Wanda), Ronnie Cook (Virginia) and Robin Butler (Rick); and her sisters, Clara Merritt and Ruth Wynne. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
