He was predeceased by: his grandfather Robert Fair, Sr.; and his parents, Kevin Charles Cole, Sr. and Kimberly Fair Strathy. He is survived by: his grandmother Annie Fair; his stepfather Lee Strathy, Jr.; his aunts and uncles, B. W. Fair (Lisa), Tom Cole, Jeff Cole, Caroline Cole, Amy Gillman, Cathy Hooe (Greg) and Katherine; and his stepgrandparents, Dewey Litton and Gail Litton.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Matthews United Methodist Church (1706 St Matthews Ln, Manakin-Sabot, VA 23103). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
