He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Tarrer, Sr. and Edith Braxton Tarrer. He is survived by: his friend Charles "Buncie" Winston, Jr.; his daughters, Demetra Tarrer and Stephanie Tarrer; the mother of his children Hattie Tarrer; his son Ralph Livingston; his grandchildren, Aniyah Baytops, Dylan Baytops, Ahmaad Tarrer, Amir Tarrer and Jordyn Tarrer; his sisters, Mona Jones, Janice Tarrer (Vernon) and Dorine Tillman (Larry); his siblings' children, Dawn C. Floyd (Christopher), Latoya M. Jones, Kira Tolliver, Dominique Jones, Rondelle Jones (Sharnita), Vernon Puryear, Jr. and Damien Tarrer (Jennifer); his friends, Mark Cash, Henry Patterson, James Toliver and Bernice Wingfield; and his caregivers, Deacon Larry W. and Dorine Tillman. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephews, and extended relatives.
Viewing was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Henry W. Dabney Funeral Home (518 N Washington Hwy, Ashland, VA 23005). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at the Providence Baptist Church (9491 Providence Church Rd, Ashland, VA 23005).
