It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Daniel Yancey (Gordonsville, Virginia), born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, George Daniel "Sam" Yancey and Alice Reva Powell Yancey; and his son Anthony E. Yancey. He is survived by : his children, Elizabeth Yancey (Tucker Hall) of Richmond and Jonathan Daniel Yancey (Amy) of Chesterfield; his grandson Aidan Yancey; and his siblings, George Yancey (Phyllis) of Gordonsville and Glenna Yancey (Obed Torres) of Gordonsville. He is also survived by niece; and three nephews.
