She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance E. Leftwich and Ida Faye Leftwich; and her brother Johnny Leftwich. She is survived by: her husband Carmon O. Hartsfield; her sons, Clifton O. Hartsfield (Sheryl), Patrick D. Hartsfield (Jeannie) and Michael V. Hartsfield; her sister Sue Hobbs; her grandchildren, Alex, Benjamin, Olivia (Duffus), Hannah, Seth and Luke; and her great grandchildren, James, Lily, Noelle, Jack, Opal, David, Ezra and Emelia.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Gordonsville Baptist Church (303 W Gordon Ave, Gordonsville, VA 22942). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
