It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia Banton (Gordonsville, Virginia), born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on September 3, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dudley and Vertie Dudley; her former husband Charles Boland; her husband Silas Banton; and her siblings, William Dudley, Jack Dudley, Ralph Dudley, Edward Dudley, Mary Lamm, Juanita Harlow and Ella May Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Cromer (Chris) of Scottsville, Michael Boland of Gordonsville and David Boland (Diane) of Barboursville; her grandchildren, Joe, Amanda, Victoria, Zachary, Jarred and Jessie; her sister Helen Lamm; and her close friends, Joyce Boland, Laura Herring and Brandon Cressel. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
