It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alex Moore Jr. of Gretna, Virginia, born in Lynchburg, Virginia, who passed away on March 10, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Hoyt Alexander Moore, Sr.; and his half-sister Carol DePew. He is survived by: his mother Theresa Short DePew of Williamsburg; his wife Lesa Danelle Kennedy Moore; his sister Sarah Moore of Williamsburg; his half-sister Denise Lockhart of Lynchburg; his nieces, Kaela Sinclair of Richmond and Suzanna Lockhart of Lynchburg; and his great-niece Willow Sinclair.
