She was predeceased by : her parents, Jenks Dewitt Shelton and Julia Eloise Simpson Shelton; her husband Larry Wayne Underwood; and her siblings, Don Shelton and Trudy Ann Shelton.

She is survived by : her son Jared Underwood (Katie) of Hurt; her siblings, Ricky Shelton (Bettye) of Hurt, Ronnie Shelton (Regina) of Hurt and Guill of Deltaville; and her grandchildren, Hayden and Claire. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society or to the charity of your choice.
