He is survived by : his parents, Richard Waller, Sr. and Mary Carter Waller; his children, Antonio Waller of Roanoke, Virginia and Arneshia Waller of Altavista, Virginia; his siblings, Teresa Ann Miller (Dexter) of Java, Virginia, Thomas Waller (Tina) of Warner Robins and Glenn Bennett (Shakeria) of Altavista, Virginia; his grandchildren, Arielle Wade and Madelyn Waller; and the mother of his children Tilly Poindexter of Long Island. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
