It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gloria Gray Coleman Rittenhouse of Grottoes, Virginia, born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Gilbert and Ruby Shiflett Coleman; her husband William "Mack" Rittenhouse; and her parents-in-law, William and Rosa "Elza" Rittenhouse.

She is survived by : her sister-in-law Bessie Rittenhouse; her children, Coley Rittenhouse (Wanda), Dallas Rittenhouse (Sherri) and Tracey Moyer (Richard) of Grottoes; her grandchildren, Amanda Lucian (Steve), Emily Holloway (Andrew), Amy Barnhart (Jamey), Chris Moyer (Laura), Holly Moyer (Daniel), Natalie Wheeler (Nicholas), Heather Thomas (Justin) and Cole Moyer (Cedrice); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Landon Barnhart, Delanee Holloway, Kaitlyn, Samuel, Oliver, Amelia Moyer, Jordan Sprouse and Aria Thomas; and her siblings-in-law, Frances Whitmire of Harrisonburg and Robert "Bobby" Rittenhouse (Bessie) of Afton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
