He is survived by: his parent Shelia Scarberry (Duty); his grandparents, Elza Duty, Elsie and Margaret Stiltner; and his aunts and uncles, Debbie, Edd Dotson, Carol, Joe Jackson, Wanda Sargent, Paula Scarberry, Alice Scarberry, Rickey Duty, Michael Duty, Kenny Scarberry, Larry Dotson and Justin.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the New Beginning Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
