He is survived by: his sons, Justin L. Scott (Heidi) and Timothy H. Scott (Heather); his grandchildren, Lauralynn Scott and Tyler Scott; and his sister Francis Lee Johnson.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the R. Hayden Smith Funeral Home (245 S Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23669). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Parklawn Memorial Park (2551 N Armistead Ave, Hampton, VA 23666).
