She was predeceased by: her parents, Elisabeth Hofmann (Breunig) and Johannes Hofmann; her husband Walter J. Sullivan; her sons, Keith, Bruce and Kenneth; and her siblings, Helga, Hannes and Heiner.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Beringer (Ted) of Midlothian, Kevin Sullivan of Chesapeake and Dawn Bourne (William) of Tewksbury Township, NJ; her grandchildren, Devin Beringer (Winie), Morgan Beringer (Toyin), Suzanne Sullivan, Tucker Bourne (Kelly), Kaitlyn Bourne (Dimitri) and Christopher Hardy (Amanda); and her great grandchild Arianna Frieda.
The family requests donations to St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Hampton, VA or Personal Touch Hospice, Newport News in lieu of flowers.
