She was predeceased by: her parents, William Transue and Ruth Transue; her husband Bert; her half-brothers, Jimmy Transue and Mike Flaven; and her son Ken.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Ruth), Keith (Jane) and Todd (Jennifer); her daughter-in-law Cindy; and her grandchildren, Courtney (Julie), Jason (Delia), Anne (Liam), Casie, Alex (Kristin), Bryan (Bekah), Joe (Kaitlin), Hannah (Bo), Zoe (Leka) and Silas.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Covenant Church (1079 Big Bethel Rd, Hampton, VA 23666).
