He is survived by: his parents, McArthur Hedrick and Patricia Foster; his siblings, Corey McKinsley (Wanda), Andra Foster (Andrea) of Newport News, Roderick Bullock (Danielle), Christopher Bullock of Richmond, Ebony Bullock of Newport News, Towanda Agee of Newport News, Elaina Bullock of Newport News and Takesha Utley of Newport News; his grandfather Percy Hedrick; and his aunts and uncles, Donald Foster, Alfred Foster, Mary Foster of Chicago, IL, Norma Jean Foster of Mississippi, Donald Hedrick (Janetta), Anthony Hedrick, Janice Wilson and Cheryl Hedrick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
