He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe C. Francisco and Gladys S. Francisco; and his siblings, Gerald R Francisco and Dianne J. Spinder. He is survived by: his girlfriend Connie; his friend Ben; Jay. He is also survived by nephews and nieces along with other relatives and friends.
