He was predeceased by: his former wife Teresa Kopp. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Kopp; his children, Louis G. Kopp Jr. (Anne), Stephen M. Kopp, David A. Kopp and Linda Kopp Smith; his grandchildren, Heather Smith (Nathan) and Ryan Smith (Stephanie); and his great grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Katelyn Shaffer, Jillian Smith, Logan Smith and Jake Smith.
