Myrtle Singleton Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myrtle Singleton of Hampton, Virginia, who passed away on April 8, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. Woods and Willie M. Woods; her husband James C. Singleton, Sr.; her son James C. Singleton, Jr.; her siblings, Mary E. Woods, Williette M. Johnson, William A. Woods and Thomas A. Woods, Sr.; and her granddaughter Christine Kartchner.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael B. Singleton, Anthony W. Singleton and Cedric J. Singleton; her daughters-in-law, Delores Singleton and Ovetus Singleton; and her friends, Lana Thomas and Rev. Delrose C. Reynolds-Porter. She is also survived by six grandchildren, three great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins, other relatives, and friends.
