He was predeceased by : his father John W. Benthall; and his brother Eugene Benthall. He is survived by : his close friend Sharon Conrad; his mother Judy Benthall; his siblings, Tina Carter, Tony Benthall, John Benthall Jr. and Robin Johnson; and his pet Prince. He is also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
