He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson R. Ramsey and Betty C. Ramsey. He is survived by: his siblings, Jean R. Sandridge (John) of Ft. Defiance, Richard Wayne Ramsey (Ann) of Emporia, Sharon R. Gauldin (Charlie) of Emporia, Deborah R. Cowan (John) of Lexington and Darrell W. Ramsey (Julie) of Williamsburg; and his children, Roger D. Ramsey, Jr. (Mary), Tracy L. Reed and Amanda R. Stevens. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
