We are sad to announce that on March 19, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Walczak Doris of Hampton, Virginia, born in Augusta, Georgia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward James Franklin, Sr. and Dove Scott Franklin; her son Stephen R. Woolard; and her siblings, Edward James Franklin, Jr., Juanita Armstrong Brower and Hilah Franklin Terrell.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Walczak of Hampton; her sons, Wayne Woolard (Carol) of Rio Rancho and Randy Woolard of Williamsburg; her siblings, Karen Snead Napier (Roger) of Stuarts Draft, Virginia and Ronnie Franklin (Joyce Asbury) of Newport News; and her stepdaughters, Frances Bethea of Norfolk and Lisa Ripley of Richmond. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.

Doris Walczak (Woolard, Franklin) died on Friday, March 19, 2021 at her home in Hampton after a five-year battle with Alzheimer's and recovering from spinal surgery.
