With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Horace Simpkins (Hampton, Virginia), who passed away on February 9, 2019 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Clarice Martine Simpkins; his son Donald B. Simpkins; his parents, Roy and Sara; and his sister Helen Woodruff (Guy).

He is survived by: his children, Denise Fitzgerald, Deborah Ward (Tommy Ward) and David Simpkins; and his friend Madeline Swanson. He is also survived by five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; a huge loving extended family.
