It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Wharton of Hardy, Virginia, who passed away on December 17, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Ruth Wharton; and his children, Norma Kathleen Hodges, Paul David Wharton and Judith Ann Moore. He is survived by: his children, Margaret Inez Maners, Paulette Ruth McCoy, Janet Rose Altizer and John Charles Wharton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
