She was predeceased by: her parents, Elon W. Rhodes and Edna Toliver Rhodes; and her spouse Thomas Woodrow Brock. She is survived by: her sisters, Lorra R. Hobbs (Jonathan) of Catonsville, MD and Elaine R. Milan (Herbert) of Atlantic City, NJ. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to Newtown Cemetery, in her memory.
