He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis S. Daniel Sr. and Olivia Daniel; and his siblings, George Daniel and Bessie Guthrie. He is survived by: his wife Betty Powell Daniel; his children, Stuart Ashley Daniel (Andrea), Charles W. Faulkner III and Amanda Faulkner; his grandchildren, Christopher Daniel, Chas Faulkner, Isaac Faulkner and Ashley Nicole Lane; his great grandchildren, Katie and Wyatt Daniel; his brothers, Gene Daniel and Ron Tappen; and his brother-in-law Paul Guthrie.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bristow-Faulkner Funeral Home (15 C F Edwards Ln, Saluda, VA 23149). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
