She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Allen and Flossie Allen; and her siblings, Beatrice Allen, Blanche Young, Edith Allen, Hilburn Allen and Daniel Allen.

She is survived by: her children, Booker T. McKenney (Patricia), Ethel Parker (Hugh) and Jean Allen. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, five great-great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
