He is survived by: his children, Earnest Dwayne Owens of Haysi, Crystal Ann Kelly of Haysi and Rebecca Louise Fuller of Lebanon; his sisters, Pauline Deel of Greenbrier, Elizabeth Dales of Bristol and Nell Boyd of Greenbrier; his grandchildren, Johnathan Blaine Kelly, Misty Dawn Ferrell, Russell Jase Kelly, Jerry Shane Fuller and Amy Louise Rose; and his great grandchildren, Madision Ann Kelly, Wyatt Mack Kelly, Lucas Kane Ferrell, Liam Carter Ferrell, Ian Blaine Fuller, Emma Louise Rose and Mia Beth Rose.
