He was predeceased by : his parents, William F Wagner and Ora White Allison; and his wife Mary Platt Wagner. He is survived by : his son W. Forrest Wagner; his daughter-in-law Laurie Wagner; and his grandchildren, Forrest Wagner, Brooke Wagner and Ridge Wagner.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The Baptist World Alliance in Bill's honor.
