It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Proffitt Purcell of Highland Springs, Virginia, who passed away on May 25, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Bill Purcell; and her son Mark Purcell. She is survived by : her children, Karen Tush (Mark) and Brent Purcell (Kim); her grandchildren, Justin, Amanda, Hanna, Jonathan, Andrew, Mary Cameron and Macie; and her great grandchildren, Noxleigh, Lexi, Willow, Lilly, Jaxon and Gauge. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
