It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daniel Watson (Honaker, Virginia), who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Elmer Watson and Winnie Grace Brown Watson; his wife Rita Watson; his siblings, Gene "Greek" Watson and Ruth Marshall; his siblings-in-law, Dean Watson and Earl Marshall; and his nephews, Greg Watson and Herbie Marshall.

He is survived by : his daughters, Beverly Sargent (Dougie) of Paintlick and Rhonda Wade; his grandchildren, Mark Wade (Alysse), Megan Lester (J. L.), Shawn Sargent (Ariel), Austin Wade (Maegen), Jason Wade, Lakin Keene, Sammi Sargent, Nick Waldruff and Skyli Sargent; his siblings, Jack Watson, Arnold "Sparkie" Watson (Daisy), Billy Watson (Anita) and Peggy Combs; his sister-in-law Phyllis Watson; and his mother-in-law Mary Frances Taylor. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
