He is survived by : his wife Barbara Bowman; his children, Brenda Patel (Kevin), Dolores Deel (Mike) of Prater, VA, Jessica Hess (Shawn) of Jasper, AL, Randall Blankenship of Oakwood, VA and Jeffrey Blankenship; his siblings, James Arlie Bowman of Vansant, VA and Viney Bowman of Clincho, VA.; his grandchildren, Christopher, Brooke, Mckenzie Deel, Kaitlyn Reed, Brandon, Bobby Slone, Kayla Swafford, Britany Bowen, Gracie, Lucas, Jailyn, Hadley Hess, Elizabeth Mitchell and Sarah McClanahan; and his nieces and nephews, Florie Belle Woods, Georgia Parsons, Richard Stiltner, Tony Stiltner and Tim Woods.
