He is survived by: his wife Ruby Hess Dye; his children, Sheila Carol Dye Elkins of Lynn Springs and Limuel Keith Dye (Kimberly) of Lynn Springs, Virginia; his sister Linda Jean Dye of Richlands, Virginia; his grandchildren, Channing David Elkins (Amanda), Jared Jennings K. Dye (Celina) and Kanisha Leighann Dye; and his great grandchildren, Ebany Diamond Dye, Sawyer Reed Elkins and Grayden Hayes Elkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
