He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Ephraim and Helen Elizabeth Carpenter Whitt; his foster parents, Ervin Rowe and Lola Rowe; his granddaughter Adaleigh Grace; his brother Ricky McGraw; and his nephew Jason Carpenter.
