He is survived by: his father Bobby Blackburn of Lumberton, NC; his sons, Brandon Blackburn of Hopewell, VA and Ryan Blackburn of Hopewell, VA; and his siblings, Barbara Pope (Jimmy) of Elizabethtown, NC, Tony Blackburn (Diane) and Stephen Blackburn (Sandy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
