He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Carol June Nuckolds Howell; his granddaughter Ashley Nicole Howell; his siblings, Kenneth Howell and Jeannie Morgan; his parents, William Theron Howell and Ella Ferguson Howell; his daughter Donna Marie; his child-in-law Rusty Hawkins; his siblings, Gary Howell, Roger (Phyllis Howell) and Eva Elmore; and his son Terry Howell (Sherry Robertson). He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dearest friends.
