It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Archie Morgan Lindsay Jr. of Hurt, Virginia, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Archie Morgan Lindsay, Sr. and Rosa Keesee Lindsay; and his sister Gloria Shelton. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Ann Arthur Lindsay; his children, Stephanie Rowland (David) of Altavista, Rusty Lindsay (Mandy) of Lynchburg, Michael Coffer (Brandy) of Chatham, Zachery Lindsay (Melissa) of New Britain and Josh Lindsay of Hurt; and his sisters, Phyllis Farmer of Hurt and Faye Arthur (Eric) of South Boston. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
