With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Algie Frances Roupe (Independence, Virginia), who passed away on May 13, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Trevor Hutchens and Mary Ella Noxon Hutchens; her husband William Howard Roupe; her children, Anita Carol Choate of Sparta, NC and William H. Roupe Jr.; her daughter-in-law Karen of Piney Creek, NC; her granddaughter Dana Choate of Charlotte, NC; and her brother Norman Hutchens of Amelia, Virginia. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
