The memory of Jimmie Lee Crockett of Irvington, Virginia, who passed away on May 9, 2025 at the age of 83, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Crockett and Doris Crockett; his wife Edwina Crockett; his children, Riley Crockett and Anna Merryman; and his brothers, Vernon "Buddy" Crockett and Paul Wilborn.
He is survived by: his siblings, Janet Dawson and Ronnie Crockett (Cathy); his sister-in-law Doris Wilborn (Paul); his children, Joey Humphreys (Kathy), Gennie Uebel and David Lawrence; and his grandchildren, Caroline, Joseph, Jaclyn and Shane. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Irvington United Methodist Church (26 King Carter Dr, Irvington, VA 22480).
