He was predeceased by : his parents, Lloyd E. Jenkins and Essie Jenkins; and his son Robert L. Jenkins. He is survived by : his wife Norma Jean Jenkins; his children, Dennis Ray Jenkins and Belinda D. Skinner (James); his grandchildren, Crystal Horner (Josh, Tristen Covington), Sherilyn Covington, Jana Betlach (Jeremy) and Obadiah Jenkins; and his great grandchildren, Alexa Horner, Logan Horner and Josh Jr..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Pop's memory should be made to the Isle of Wight Animal Shelter at 13044 Poor House Rd. Windsor, VA 23397.
