He was predeceased by : his parents, John A. Ramsey, Jr. (Jack) and Mildred C. Ramsey; and his brothers, John A. Ramsey III and Edwin C. Ramsey. He is survived by : his daughters, Jaclyn Ramsey Smith (Jack) and Carly Reed Ramsey; and his sister Nancy A. Ramsey.
