With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Jane Logan Underwood of Jewell Ridge, Virginia, born in Buchanan, Virginia, who passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 90. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Wimmer and Laura Ward Wimmer; her former husband James Logan; her husband Marvin Underwood; her sons, James Larry Logan and Dennis Keith Logan; and her grandson Kevin Edward Logan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Wanda Cooper (Charlie) and Debra Brown of Richlands, VA.; her niece Ola Mullins; and her daughter-in-law Peggy Pelliter. She is also survived by four grandchildren, six step grandchildren: six great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
In following mandates pertaining to COVID-19, facial coverings and social distancing will be required and attendance will be limited to 10 people at a time for the visitation.
