He is survived by : his parent Stella Jewell Mitchell; his children, Ruth Davis (David) of Richlands, VA, Raymond Mitchell (Lois) of Jewell Valley, Dale Mitchell of Richlands, Bobby Mitchell (Tresa) of Jewell Valley and Chester Mitchell (Doris) of Belfast, VA; and his siblings, Dorothy Matthews, Judy Sexton, Junior Mitchell of Pennington Gap, James Mitchell of Newport News and Bud Mitchell of Christiansburg.
