We are sad to announce that on August 22, 2020, at the age of 96, Annie Frances Wood Moore of Keeling, Virginia, born in Danville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Laden Wood and Lucretia Ingram Wood; her husband Lester Clarence Moore, Sr.; and her siblings, Mamie Hawker, Thelma Cox, Evelyn Arendall, Alma Motley, Dema Martin and Otis Wood.
She is survived by: her son L. C. Moore, Jr. (Bernice) of Keeling, VA; her brother Sam Wood, Jr. (Joyce); her grandson Daniel Moore (Zoe); and her great grandchildren, Ethan and Caitlin Moore.
The family suggest that memorial donations be made to the Danville/Pittsylvania County Cancer Association.
