He was predeceased by: his parents, Georgia Kathleen Sessions Evans and Evan Thomas Evans, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Sabina Maddox Evans; his sons, Tim Evans of Williamsburg, Thomas Evans (Katelyn) of Portland and Todd Evans (Christine) of Charles City, Virginia; his sister Ruth Cardaronella of Santa Barbara, California; and his grandson Thomas Evans.
