She is survived by: her children, Brandi Rowland (Phillip) of Sutherland, VA, Christina Campbell (Michael) of Ringgold, VA, Rudy Farthing, Jr. (Melinda) of Maxton, NC, Ronald Farthing (Barbie) of Sutherlin, VA, James M. Farthing (Laura) of Hillsboro, NC and Samuel Joseph Farthing (Grace) of Eden, NC; and her sisters, Mary Jefferson and Sheila Crisp. She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
